2007 Workforce Shortage Summit
In November 2007, delegates from across Vancouver Island gathered to discuss the labour shortage, harness untapped labour segments - including mature workers, foreign workers, and First Nations - as well as identify gaps and explore employee engagement and retention.  Priorities for further strategic inquiry were established.
